The Rougarou - Unreal 5 Cinematic

A horror cinematic created in Unreal Engine in 2023, using a Metahuman rig and animated using markerless motion capture with Live Link Face and iPi Soft. Designed as a cold open for a longer creature feature animation, and inspired by shows such as X-Files and Supernatural. I worked as part of a team on this project, I was responsible for the direction of motion capture for body animations using an Intel D455 camera and IPi Soft, performance capture using Live Link Face, and compositing of character animation sequences in Unreal Engine 5.
